Effect of nursing intervention in operating room on incision infection of open limb fracture
手术室护理干预对开放性四肢骨折手术切口感染的影响分析

摘要

目的 探索手术室护理干预对开放性四肢骨折手术创伤切口感染的影响。方法 选择于2019年4月到2020年5月期间在我院进行开放性四肢骨折手术的100名患者作为本次的研究对象。随机分为两组，即对照组和观察组，一组50人。比较两组患者的手术室护理干预满意效果和身体指标。结果 观察组护理满意度97.89%高于对照组70%（P<0.05），而且观察组患者伤口恢复较快，基本无感染情况，治愈效果较高。结论 科学合理的手术室护理干预能够更好地帮助患者避免因手术创伤而造成的感染风险，帮助患者尽快恢复，这一研究值得在临床中推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of operating room nursing intervention on wound infection in open limb fracture surgery.
Methods 100 patients who underwent open limb fracture surgery in our hospital from April 2019 to may 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group, with 50 people in one group. The satisfactory effect and physical indexes of operating room nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.
Results the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.89% higher than 70% of the control group (P < 0.05), and the wound of the observation group recovered quickly, basically without infection, and the cure effect was high.
Conclusion   scientific and reasonable nursing intervention in the operating room can better help patients avoid the risk of infection caused by surgical trauma and help patients recover as soon as possible. This study is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
