摘要
目的 研究帕金森患者护理中实施健康教育联合心理护理的效果。方法 对我院在2021年1月-2022年1月期间收治的102例帕金森患者进行随机分组,对照组采用常规护理干预,实验组在对照组基础上采用健康教育联合心理护理,对比应用效果。结果 实验组患者心理状态以及生活质量的改善均优于对照组,且患者对疾病健康知识知晓程度也高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 帕金森患者在接受健康教育联合心理护理干预之后,使其生活质量得到改善。

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of health education combined with psychological nursing in the nursing of Parkinson's patients. Methods 102 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was treated with health education combined with psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The application effects were compared. Results the improvement of the psychological status and quality of life of the patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the patients' knowledge of disease and health was also higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Parkinson's patients have improved their quality of life after receiving psychological nursing intervention in health education.
