摘要

目的 针对无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭对PaO2及SpO2水平影响展开探讨。方法 回顾性分析2020年5月-2021年4月本院收治的72例慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组和研究组,各36例。对照组实施常规治疗,研究组在此基础上增加无创呼吸机治疗,治疗周期结束后对比两组患者治疗前后动脉血氧分压(PaO2)及血氧饱和度(SpO2)水平;使用生活质量评分量表(sf-36 )对两组患者治疗后的生活质量进行评分并对比。结果 研究组患者PaO2、SpO2水平改善情况与sf-36评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中实施无创呼吸机治疗,可以减少患者并发症,改善患者呼吸功能,治疗效果较好,临床推广价值较高。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of non-invasive ventilation on PaO2 and SpO2 levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with type II respiratory failure.
Methods: The clinical data of 72 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with type II respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. They were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 36 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment, while the study group received non-invasive ventilator treatment on this basis. After the treatment cycle, the arterial partial oxygen pressure (PaO2) and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) of the two groups were compared before and after treatment; Quality of life scale (sf-36) was used to score and compare the quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment.
Results: The improvement of PaO2 and SpO2 levels in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : noninvasive ventilator therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd) complicated with type ⅱ respiratory failure can reduce the complications, improve the respiratory function of patients, with good therapeutic effect and high clinical promotion value.
