摘要

医保支付方式改革是进行医疗资源优化，对现有医疗服务行为进行规范化管理的重要手段，对于我国医保支付机制的健全跟优化也有着积极意义。近年来随着我国医疗领域的不断发展，区域点数法总额预算和按病种分值付费(DIP)付费改革模式也进入了试点、推进的阶段，DIP支付背景下对于公立医院运营管理工作也提出了更高的要求。因此我国公立医院还需要就DIP支付背景下对自身带来的影响进行明确，在结合公立医院现有运行模式基础上，从病种成本核算、提高病案质量、优化绩效考核新模式、优化临床路径等方面入手，对医院运营管理中的问题进行解决，进一步提高医院的运营管理水平，保障公立医院的高质量发展。本文主要就DIP支付背景下公立医院运营管理问题和解决策略进行探究分析。
