To study the clinical effect of amlodipine + atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertensioncomplicated with coronary heart disease
研究氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果

摘要

目的 分析氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法 选择我院2021年1月-2022年1月高血压合并冠心病患者共80例，数字表随机分2组每组40例，对照组的患者给予氨氯地平治疗，观察组在该基础上增加阿托伐他汀钙片。比较两组治疗前后患者舒张压和收缩压、血脂、总有效率、不良反应。结果 观察组治疗后患者舒张压和收缩压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组，总有效率高于对照组，P＜0.05。两组治疗过程不良反应未见，P＞0.05。结论 氨氯地平+阿托伐他汀钙片对于高血压合并冠心病的治疗效果确切。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of amlodipine + atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.
Methods: A total of 80 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected, and the digital table was randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine. Add Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets. The diastolic and systolic blood pressure, blood lipids, total effective rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.
Results: After treatment, the diastolic and systolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group, P< 0.05. There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment, P>0.05.
Conclusion  : Amlodipine + Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets is effective in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.
