Psychological nursing analysis of burn pain caused by drug change
烧伤换药性疼痛的心理护理分析

摘要

目的 探究对烧伤患者进行换药的过程中采用心理护理的效果。方法 选取2020年3月至2022年3月我院收治的100位烧伤患者，其中女性患者46人，男性患者54人，将其随机均分为对照组和实验组，其中对照组和实验组各50名患者。对于对照组患者，采用常规护理模式，对于实验组患者则采用心理护理模式，记录并对比两组患者的视觉模拟评分法（VAS）的评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）的评分和护理满意度自评表评分。结果 实验组患者的VAS评分和SDS评分明显低于对照组患者的VAS评分和SDS评分，实验组患者的护理满意度自评表评分明显高于对照组患者的护理满意度自评表评分，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对烧伤患者进行换药的过程中采用心理护理可有效降低患者的疼痛程度，缓解患者不良情绪，提升患者的护理满意度，有利于患者康复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on burn patients during dressing change.
Methods 100 burn patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022, including 46 female patients and 54 male patients, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, including 50 patients in control group and 50 patients in experimental group. For the patients in the control group, the routine nursing mode was adopted, and for the patients in the experimental group, the psychological nursing mode was adopted. The scores of visual analog scale (VAS), self rating Depression Scale (SDS) and self rating nursing satisfaction scale were recorded and compared between the two groups.
Results the VAS scores and SDS scores of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the patients in the control group. The scores of the self-assessment form of nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the patients in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   psychological nursing can effectively reduce the degree of pain, relieve the patients' bad mood, improve the patients' nursing satisfaction, and help the patients recover.
