The practical study of pain nursing in postoperative care of patients with congenital heart disease
疼痛护理在先天性心脏病术后患者护理中的实践研究

摘要

目的 探讨疼痛护理在先天性心脏病术后患者护理中的实践效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年1月我院收治的80位先天性心脏病术后患者，其中女性患者36人，男性患者44人，将其随机均分为对照组和实验组，其中对照组和实验组各40名患者。对于对照组患者，采用常规护理模式，对于实验组患者则采用疼痛护理模式，记录并对比两组患者的视觉模拟评分法（VAS）的评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）的评分和护理满意度自评表评分。结果 实验组患者的VAS评分和SDS评分明显低于对照组患者的VAS评分和SDS评分，实验组患者的护理满意度自评表评分明显高于对照组患者的护理满意度自评表评分，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对先天性心脏病术后患者采用疼痛护理模式可有效降低患者的疼痛程度，缓解患者不良情绪，提升患者的护理满意度，有利于患者康复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical effect of pain nursing in patients with congenital heart disease after operation.
Methods 80 postoperative patients with congenital heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022, including 36 female patients and 44 male patients, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, including 40 patients in control group and 40 patients in experimental group. For the patients in the control group, the routine nursing mode was adopted, and for the patients in the experimental group, the pain nursing mode was adopted. The scores of visual analog scale (VAS), self rating Depression Scale (SDS) and self rating nursing satisfaction scale were recorded and compared between the two groups.
Results the VAS scores and SDS scores of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the patients in the control group. The scores of the self-assessment form of nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the patients in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   the pain nursing model for patients with congenital heart disease after operation can effectively reduce the degree of pain, relieve the patients' bad mood, improve the patients' nursing satisfaction, and help the patients recover.
