神经和肌肉刺激器对上肢神经麻痹症的疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察神经和肌肉刺激器对上肢神经麻痹症的疗效及及其对关节功能和肌电图的影响。方法收集上肢神经麻痹症患者88例,随机分成2组。对照组44例:采取常规保守治疗及神经松动术;观察组44例:在对照组的基础上进行神经和肌肉刺激器治疗4周。比较两组的临床疗效,测定治疗前和治疗4周后的关节功能及肌电图。结果 治疗4周后,观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的Mailer肩关节、Gilbert肘关节评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组桡神经、正中神经和尺神经SNAP、CMAP的波幅显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 上肢神经麻痹症治疗中给予神经和肌肉刺激器可提高治疗效果,促进肩关节、肘关节功能改善,改善上肢神经的功能,具有应用推广价值。

Abstract

Objective to observe the effect of nerve and muscle stimulators on upper limb nerve palsy and its effect on joint function and electromyography.
Methods 88 patients with upper limb nerve palsy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (44 cases) received conventional conservative treatment and nerve loosening. On the basis of the control group, 44 cases in the observation group were treated with nerve and muscle stimulators for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the joint function and electromyography were measured before and after 4 weeks of treatment.
Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, Mailer's shoulder and Gilbert's elbow scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The amplitude of SNAP and CMAP of radial nerve, median nerve and ulnar nerve in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Nerve and muscle stimulators in the treatment of upper limb nerve palsy can improve the therapeutic effect, promote the improvement of shoulder joint, elbow joint function, and improve the function of upper limb nerve, which has the application and promotion value.
